Returns
Sometimes you may find you need to return a product, it maybe too large, small or the wrong colour. Dogzdinner will refund the product (excluding P&P) if you return it within 14 days.
It is recommend that you use a tracked and insured postal courier to ensure the product gets back to us as we can’t refund items we don’t receive.
In the event of you receiving a product from dogzdinner that is faulty or has been damaged in transit we will arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer.
Dogzdinner will pay for the postage and packaging for returns of faulty goods.

Cancellations
You may for any reason cancel your order, at any time, before we get the products despatched, or within 7 working days (for U.K. orders) from receiving the items. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. Dogzdinner will provide a full refund (excluding p&p) provided the goods are returned in re-saleable, un-used condition with their original packaging and within 7 days of receiving the order.If you do need to cancel your order please email info@dogzdinner.co.uk or give us a call on 01325 722533.
