Delivery

At dogzdinner we want to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible.  After all, your dog will be wagging his tail at the postman in anticipation!

There are two methods of delivery that dogzdinner uses

  • the FREE local home delivery service
  • national delivery service

The local home delivery service is offered to dogzdinner customers living at DL and TS postcodes and for customers not living at these postcodes the delivery will be made via courier or Royal Mail and charged as explained below

Local Home Delivery Service:

  • If you live in Darlington or in a DL postcode you can enjoy FREE home delivery.  When you checkout the delivery charge is automatically taken off.
  • For all other DL and TS postcodes = £3 if spend under £50
  • For all DL and TS postcodes = FREE if spend over £50

At checkout you will be asked to enter your postcode and you will be given a choice of days and times of the week that we deliver in your area. 

Alternatively, if you would rather your products be posted to you then you can select that option at checkout.

National Delivery Service

At checkout you will be asked to enter your postcode, for all deliveries to customers living outside of the DL or TS postcodes, dogzdinner has a standard delivery charge of £3.50.  We aim to have your purchase with you and your dog within 2 – 5 working days for in stock items.  Maximum weight for free delivery is 30kg.

All orders over £50 will have free delivery with the same 2 – 5 working days time scale.

If you place your order before 1pm Monday to Friday it will usually be dispatched the same day if the items are in stock.

If you need your purchases in a hurry we can offer 24hr working day delivery for £6.99 if you order before 1pm.  Please note this is not available on the 15kg sacks of dog food.

If there are any issues at all with your order or any items are out of stock we will contact you straight away to let you know of any delay.  We can’t keep your four legged friend waiting!

Please also note that orders to the Channel Islands may incur a slightly higher charge for delivery – before we send anything we will drop you a line explaining these charges to check that you still want to proceed with your order.
