When I was asked to add something to Dogzdinner's news letter I was a bit excited to honest, I think the excitement actually took over the fear of what to write about. Once I thought about it I have loads to write. In fact to much so you might see me here again – I hope.

Here are some quick facts about me to get you started

Age: 36 in dog years ;)

Favourite food: Green Dog Lamb and Brown Rice dry food

Second favourite food: Chicken Vindaloo (very hot)

Charity work: Mountain rescue team member of the Teesdale & Weardale mountain rescue team http://www.twsmrt.org.uk/

Interests: Triathlons, walking, running, cars and Dogzdinner supporter

From time to time I help out the Dogzdinner team and sometimes make an appearance at the shows , you will always recognise me by my red neck scarf I wear. I love chatting to the customers listening to their stories and what they have to say.

But it’s not all work, you will see in my interests I’m a bit of a triathlete. Last year I did a half Iron man and the Dogzdinner team came to cheer me on.

Think it was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. But I really enjoyed it so I’ve signed up to do the same in May and I’m sure the Dogzdinner team will be there again to see me come in.

I’m hoping for a bit of Dogzdinner sponsorship too this year. I might ask for some snacks and treats to keep me going until the Finnish line (cheeky). I’ll keep you posted how my training goes.

If you see me here again I will tell what I get up to with the Mountain Rescue team and the good work they do including the search dogz, they are truly amazing.
